Advantages

Rotary dryer holds large output capacity, low fuel consumption and low drying cost. With heat-resistant feature, rotary dryer can utilize hot air to reduce material’s moisture rapidly. Also, Taida rotary dryer has wide expanding ability. During equipment designing process, we have taken production situation into consideration. Although production output is increased by a little amount, customers can still use the same equipment while do some light adjustment. By adopting special riding wheel structure, riding wheel can well cooperate with roller ring, which greatly reduces the abrasion and energy consumption. Specially designed catch wheel can greatly reduce the horizontal thrust caused by inclined working condition. Taida rotary dryer is characterized by stable running, strong overload-resistance and higher reliability. 

Rotary Dryer

Rotary dryer is one of traditional drying machines. With reliability, good flexibility, wide application, high input capacity, rotary dryer can be widely applied to metallurgy, construction material, coal washing, fertilizer, mineral stone, sand, clay, kaolin and etc. 

Application range: 

1.Chemical industry, mining and metallurgy such as mineral stone, ore slag, coal, metal powder, clay, kieselguhr and kaolin. 

2.Agriculture, feedstuff and fertilizer industry such as straw, grass, leaves, fish meal, corn paste, starch residue, lees, medical, pomace, soy sauce residue, bagasse, peat, organic compound fertilizer, sludge, waste of aquatic products, food waste, the abattoir waste, organic fertilizer, inorganic fertilizer, phosphate fertilizer ammonium sulphate.

3.Powder and pellet materials need to be dealt with by special methods: such as various crystals, light calcium carbonate, active white earth, magnetic powder, graphite, inorganic mud, clay, lime slurry, ore mud, phosphorus slag, aluminum plant red mud.

4.Materials should be dried by low temperature and continuous drying in large batch. 

Working Principle

Heat source of rotary dryer comes from combustion device. Rotary dryer adopts downstream heating mode. Materials to be dried will enter dryer cylinder through feeding box. Then, materials will be driven back by screw lifting plates. Because dryer is with certain inclination, materials will flow to rear end while being repeatedly lifted. During the process, materials will be scattered repeatedly, which will form a material curtain in the dryer cylinder. In this way, raw materials will fully contact and exchange heat with hot air. Owing to repeated scattering,
